1. Structural characteristics of the micro-retarded check valve:

2. The working principle of the micro-retarded check valve:

When the pump is closed: the check valve manufacturer believes that the pressure at the valve entrance suddenly decreases, and the valve disc will suddenly close under the pressure at the outlet, resulting in a sudden increase in the pressure at the valve outlet. At this time, water hammer phenomenon is easy to occur, causing damage to the pipeline and equipment behind the valve, and producing a lot of noise.


Check valve manufacturers believe that because the return system is installed at the outlet end of the valve, the medium behind the valve enters the upper chamber of the diaphragm through the ball valve, due to the check function of the check valve, the medium cannot enter the entrance end, and the lower chamber of the diaphragm is also filled with media. Although the pressure of the medium in the upper chamber causes the valve disc to close, the medium in the lower chamber cannot be quickly discharged under the throttling action of the small hole in the diaphragm seat, resulting in a buffering process, which prevents the closing speed of the valve disc, achieves the effect of slow closing and mute, and prevents the phenomenon of water hammer. By adjusting the opening of the ball valve, the closing speed of the valve disc (that is, the closing time of the valve) can be effectively controlled.


Check valve manufacturers believe that the micro slow closing check valve has the technical characteristics of slow opening and slow closing and eliminating water hammer, which realizes the light load starting of the pump and prevents the production of water hammer when the pump is stopped. After the pump motor is started, the valve will automatically open and close according to the pump operating procedure. A check valve is a valve that automatically opens and closes the disc by the flow of the medium itself and is used to prevent the backflow of the medium.


The check valve manufacturer believes that the check valve is an automatic valve, and its main function is to prevent the media from backflowing, prevent the pump and the drive motor from reversing, and release the media in the container.
